Want to put this in place where you work?
The entries give you the reasoning and the code. Getting from there to something running in your infrastructure, with your data and your constraints, takes something else.
What is on offer
Audit of one use case
You have a model call in production, or you are about to add one, and you want to know whether it is justified.
We look together at what the task actually does, on your actual data. We measure what the current approach costs and what the lightest alternative that holds would cost. You leave with an argued recommendation, including when the recommendation is to change nothing.
Building the alternative
The audit concluded that a lighter rung is enough, and now it has to be written.
That covers the implementation, the tests that prove the approach does the job, the set of edge cases documenting its breaking point, and a gradual switch away from what is there today. The code is yours and depends on nobody.
Team training
The real gain is not one task fixed, it is a team that asks the question by itself next time.
One day, on your own cases: how to size up a need, which signals indicate that a general-purpose model is justified, how to test something that is not deterministic, and how to put numbers on a trade-off in front of someone who decides.
What is not on offer
No building of an AI product. No reselling or integrating a vendor’s solution. No support with regulatory compliance, which is a lawyer’s job.
And no engagement whose conclusion is written in advance. If your use case genuinely needs a general-purpose model, that is what the audit will say.
Get in touch
Say in a few lines what the task does, what runs today, and what makes you doubt. That is enough for a first exchange.
